Must have automotive dealership management experience. We are looking for someone who is driven, competitive, accountable, and knows how to lead a sales floor and develop a team. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
The ideal candidate would have:
Proven franchise dealership management experience
Strong desking and deal-structuring ability
Ability to train, motivate, and hold salespeople accountable
Strong understanding of CRM processes and lead management
Subprime experience would be a major plus
Comfortable working deals across the credit spectrum
Strong understanding of gross, inventory, lender relationships, and overall dealership profitability
A track record of producing results—not just holding a management title
