We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support mission-critical business applications within a federal government environment. This role is responsible for the administration, maintenance, optimization, and support of enterprise applications including iManage, eRooms, Confluence, and Jira.Key Responsibilities:· Administer, maintain, and support business-critical applications including iManage, eRooms, Confluence, and Jira.· Perform system configuration, upgrades, patching, and ongoing maintenance activities.· Monitor application health, performance metrics, logs, and system availability.· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, integrations, user access, and performance.· Manage user accounts, permissions, and role-based access controls.· Optimize system performance and implement enhancements to improve reliability and user experience.· Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes for business applications.· Configure and maintain workflows, automations, and integrations within Jira and Confluence.· Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.· Apply security updates and ensure applications remain compliant with organizational standards.· Participate in change management activities and support system implementation initiatives.
