POSITION OVERVIEW: The Lot Attendant ensures trailers are assembled, properly parked, organized, and positioned in designated areas for easy access, efficient lot management, and safe movement throughout the property. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Operates a tractor to safely move and position trailers throughout the lot and designated areas. Responsible for assembling trailers, ensuring all components are properly installed, secured, and prepared for sale. Assist service technicians with trailer repair, maintenance, and installation jobs as needed. Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-maintained trailer lot, including removing debris, maintaining designated areas, and ensuring the lot is safe and presentable at all times. Inspect trailers for any damage, defects, or missing components and report any issues for repair or correction. Keep trailers on yard clean, presentable, and free of dirt and debris. Assist customers with safely hooking up trailers to their vehicles, ensuring proper connection and secure attachment before departure. Performs other duties as assigned or requested. STANDARD REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: Fluent in English; Spanish a plus. Trailer experience and knowledge.
